Use this form for questions that do not require immediate travel-day action. For a new reservation, use the Booking page instead so dispatch receives the complete trip information.
This contact form is for general inquiries. Do not rely on it for an urgent curbside pickup problem;
call or WhatsApp dispatch instead.
Include Your Booking ID
If your trip is already booked, do not submit a second reservation just to ask a question. Contact dispatch and include the Booking ID from the confirmation email so the correct trip can be found faster.

Find the confirmation emailLook for the BUF booking number and the confirmed pickup / destination details.
