I needed taxi from the smaller Niagara International Airport to the Canada side of the falls and set up an appointment easily online. They texted me where to meet them and got me through the border and to my hotel easily. The driver, Hab, was friendly and the car was clean for my family. It was no fuss and a flat rate. I'd use them again.

Buffalo Airport Taxi (BAT) online chat, booking, communications, cell phone text was actually VERY VERY good…UNTIL the DAY OF PICK UP then it ALL felled apart! The absolute worst time to happen because of Border Custom, travel time and airport flight schedules. See pic of the BAT confirmation form given to us about 2 weeks before the pick up date of July 30. The manual input of the dates shows some input inconsistencies bu BAT). When ask to confirm this information, We had thought we corrected it with BAT especially with the NUMBER OF PASSENGERS. Though their online info request explained that their vehicle can hold up to 6 passengers, 2 separate Chats with the website confirmed that even though we had 7 passengers (NOT INCLUDING THE DRIVER) they would assuredly supply a vehicle large enough to accommodate us including luggage and for us NOT TO WORRY!The Day of pick up, driver Abe texted us of his identity and car type. A nice touch.He then was 40 minutes LATE (though concerning we didn’t really mind because we allowed plenty of time to get through the border); went to the WRONG HOTEL (the pic indicated the right hotel but he ended up at the Sheraton for some reason) and the WORST of it all, DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE to transfer all of us to BUF. He tried to convince us to “stuff” all of us in. We had a baby and a pre-teen in our family and that was absolutely NOT an option! I actually was surprised when he suggested it unless Canada’s seat belt laws are more relaxed to the USA relative to safety!? When he initially had no other options for us (other than order another vehicle- he did drive from Buffalo to Niagara ON, my assumption that another vehicle so ordered would have to come from that same location) we were increasingly hesitant to depend on BAT since this was our first time using this company, he started to blame our party for not letting him “be there for us”. We ended up taking 2 Uber cars and that solved our problems albeit being more expensive. Of the “6 Gold Standard of BAT,”, they failed on Professionalism and Customer Service. It is important to note that in the statement of “Customer Service” they do provide a scapegoat by noting that the drivers are individuals and their experience may vary. We had a very unpleasant experience. We had great confidence with the beginning part of our transaction with BAT and was generally comfortable with our arrangements. Thinking that this driver is not representative of BAT’s stable of drivers and we just had some bad luck. Sorry for this review as I don’t usually give negative reviews BUT I was compelled to do this one due to the seriousness of our predicament.

Had the good fortune of using the Buffalo Airport Taxi for our recent vacation to Niagra Falls ON. Ranjit was our driver both to ON & back to the airport several days later. Such a pleasant & professional driver! Ranjit made sure that all documents were in order for crossing the Rainbow Bridge & minimizing our time at customs. He was timely, conscientious & focused on our needs as travelers new to the region. Ranjit reached out to insure that our return was equally as uneventful, as well. He was on time & focused on making sure we had enough time to make our flight. Just one other note, it is obvious that Ranjit takes accountability for his customers and their perception of Buffalo Airport Taxi. His vehicle is spotless, fresh & well maintained. Our transfers were stress-free because of his service! Thank you!!

Can’t say enough about the communication service from Pickup and trip back to the Buffalo airport. Both dispatchers and drivers contacted you the day of pick up both locations, driver called to say he’s on his way, driver called saying he’s 10 minutes out, then the dispatcher would text you to make sure you were picked up and on your way to your destination. Transportation was adequate for the 45 minute ride. If you need more comfortable then. Upgrade to a different vehicle. So much cheaper and hasslefree than renting a car and trying to find parking spaces. Plus, parking is at a premium both space, wise and pricewise. This service is a no-brainer And should be taken advantage of by everyone.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. 5:45 pm we called your service , you said 30 mins you’ll be there. Then after that you said another 15, then 5 mins… you picked me up at 7:15 pm … then your driver told me to calm down on the phone then stopped by to fill up gas on the wayRidiculous to no end. You messed up my plans on the Canadian boarder for my transport to get me home0 star review - absolutely ridiculous

My husband and I used the service of this Company in Buffalo the last week of September 20203 and couldn’t be happier and so thankful for a great service. Sal, one of the taxi driver was great taking us from Buffalo to Niagara Falls , Canada side, and from there back to Buffalo on the next day. The price is flat and was fair. The cab was clean and comfortable and Sal also speaks Spanish that was a bonus because I speak Spanish too.We took this taxi service also from our hotel in Buffalo to the airport in Buffalo and our taxi driver, Rash? Was also great. This local company is reliable and we felt very well treated as we were in our home state.
