To book your taxi, scroll to the bottom of this page or click the provided link. The process is hassle-free and requires no upfront payment or credit card details. You'll only need to pay the driver upon reaching your destination. Additionally, there are no hidden booking fees for your convenience.
We accept all major credit cards. To book a taxi, fill out the online form. Once you complete it, the system will send you an email confirming your booking and all the relevant information. You can access your confirmation email if you need to make any changes. A taxi agent will contact you after you book for final confirmation. It's a straightforward process.
If you have a local phone number, the taxi driver will contact you by phone the day before your scheduled ride. However, if your phone number is international, we will contact you through email, or you can use our live chat service between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time in the United States.
If your pick-up is planned for the same day or the next morning, the taxi driver will contact you within an hour.
Following the reservation, If you have yet to receive a pre-confirmation email, you likely did not correctly enter your email address on the booking form, or the email was sent to your spam folder. Therefore, please check your spam folder to see whether you received the email.
We recommend making your reservation at least 24 hours ahead of time. We must allow a minimum of 30-40 minutes for us to schedule your pick-up. The earlier you book, the more efficiently we can accommodate your requirements. Your reservation will be secured for the next 8-9 months.
There are two ways to book it: independently or on the same booking form. Once you've made your choice, the decision is entirely yours.
You can order infant seats over the phone with our agent. The first seat is free of charge. However, there is a $10 fee for the second seat. You are also welcome to bring your infant seat if you prefer.

Covid Question
As of now, there are no Covid-related restrictions in place for Niagara Falls, Canada.
Effective Friday, October 1, 2022, US citizens entering Canada will no longer be required to provide proof of immunization or utilize the ArriveCan app. Additionally, COVID testing will no longer be necessary for entry into Canada. Similarly, travelers from the USA will no longer be required to provide proof of immunization beginning on October 1, 2022.
Furthermore, Canadian residents returning home will not be obligated to use the ArriveCan app. For land entry into the USA at Niagara Falls Border Crossing, COVID testing is not required. Similarly, Canadians are not obligated to present a COVID test result when crossing the border into the US by land.
Waiting Time Policy:
We are pleased to provide a complimentary one-hour waiting time for drivers at the airport or Canadian border for all our customers. For each additional hour of waiting, we charge USD 30. For instance, if your taxi fare is USD 50 and you wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes, the total cost will be USD 80, including the waiting charge of USD 30 for exceeding an hour of waiting time.
