Seamless experience. Mike confirmed the booking the night before via whatsapp, in addition to providing information right as we got off the plane. Jared picked us up and was a great driver. Very easy to book. The dispatcher watched our flight for us when we got delayed (multiple times) and made sure we had a driver when we landed. The return trip went smoothly too with the driver showing up at the set time. We loved Yared (our driver both ways) - he gave some good recommendations for where to eat, etc. And did a wonderful job taking us to the airport in the snow. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I wasn’t exactly sure of how we were going to get to Niagra Falls, Canada from Buffalo, NY. However, I was able to find BUF Airport Taxi Service. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to reserve round trip taxi service for our trip. But the “icing on the cake” was the driver we got. His name is Hab. Hab was very punctual, kind, courteous and very considerate. He handled our luggage with care and treated us like valued customers. He was a very safe driver and got us to our destinations in a timely manner. So, I know that when we have another trip from Buffalo, NY to Niagra Falls, Canada, I’ll be contacting BUF Airport Taxi Service. And I’ll definitely ask for Hab to be our driver. Amir was an outstanding driver for my transfer from BUF to Ontario, CA. He was excellent at communicating our pick up time and location and was my driver for my return BUF. He gave an animated description of the area and excellent suggestions for sites and places to see and eat while in CA! His descriptions were spot on as I had already made reservations at some of his recommendations! Prompt, professional, and his vehicle was spotless- cannot recommend him highly enough!!

I had a terrific experience with my driver, Mike, who picked my wife and I up from the Buffalo airport and drove us to the Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa in Canada. Mike was very professional, super friendly, extremely courteous and arrived on time 😇. He made things very simple for us from the moment we landed at the airport, texting us to let us know he’s was ready when we were. He let us know where to meet him, and we never felt lost, which made things really smooth. Mike is a great conversationalist and we enjoyed sharing stories with him! He drives safely and we felt comfortable the whole time in his van. I highly recommend this taxi service for you and your family, especially with Mike! He won’t let you down!

We were both picked up and returned from Buffalo to Niagara Falls CAN and Yared our driver was great. Good energy and helpful with info. I even left my wallet in the backseat after it fell out my pocket and he quickly found it and called us and was waiting outside the hotel for us so he could return it. Outstanding. Could not have had a better experience. My daughter and I were traveling alone into Buffalo and arranged for an airport pickup and drop off at our hotel. The driver was very professional and we felt very safe. Kept us informed as to pickup location and so smooth. The same driver came back to our hotel to pick us up and was early which was so good and less anxiety about getting to the airport on time. would highly recommend Buffalo Airport Taxi and if and when we return hope to get the same driver. Sheikh was super! He went above and beyond. He messaged a few hours before to let us know he would be at the airport waiting for us. He gave me and my mom a big, warm welcome text to Buffalo. Once we were at the curb, he was there in no time. He helped my mom get in and out of the car. His car is exceptionally clean and comfy! He even gave my mom a pillow for her back. He called the next day to ask how we were doing. Then, the day before our departure, he called to confirm what time he was picking us up! The biggest thing that stood out though is Sheikh is an AMAZing human being . He is super kind, loving, compassionate and caring!! Our driver Lily was very welcoming and pleasant. Lily communicated with us frequently via text so we knew exactly what to expect and where to be. She was right on time and knowledgeable of our route and what was needed to get into Canada. She made this part of our trip easy. Amir's service was really good! He was very communicative, informational, he lent my kid his charger which I thought was very thoughtful. He drove us from Buffalo to Toronto and helped us cross the border. Thank you so much! The only thing I will say is there were times I felt rushed? We had asked to stop for food and he was ok with that but told us to hurry up, told us we had to pick a fast food restaurant. I would definitely do this again though! I am so thankful there are services that help people cross the border on foot.

We had an amazing experience thanks to this incredible driver Patel! Our flight was delayed by over 3.5 hours, and he still waited patiently until nearly 10 PM to pick us up—without charging anything extra. His communication was excellent throughout: we received reminders and confirmations beforehand, real-time updates during the delay, and even a follow-up after drop-off.

When our plane was stuck on the tarmac due to technical and weather issues, it was incredibly stressful. His reassuring messages that he’d be there when we arrived helped us stay calm during a tough time.

Later, we ran into another travel issue and had to extend our stay in Canada. We needed to return to New York quickly to catch another flight, and despite the last-minute nature of the request, he accepted right away. Once again, his reliability brought us peace of mind when we needed it most.

We booked round trip services between the Buffalo-Niagara Falls International Airport and our hotel on Niagara Falls. On both trips, they communicated clearly with us about pickup and told us information in advance about our driver (name, license plate, vehicle description) which made us feel very safe. Our driver for each trip was Yared. He arrived as scheduled, assisted with luggage, and interacted with us positively throughout the trip. We were able to do “all inclusive” pricing at the time of booking, so we didn’t have to tip or pay for tolls after the ride.

I would highly recommend this service.

We used the service to and from Niagara Falls on the Canada side from the Amtrak station in July 2025. Both drivers were excellent! Arrived on time. Answered all questions. Getting through customs was a breeze. I booked online, which was super convenient. They communicated with me to confirm time and location, and gave me driver information. When I booked for the wrong day, they were quick to accommodate my needs. 10/10 would recommend for anyone needing a cab!

We travel a lot being at the highest level of both American Airlines and Marriott. Abdul was absolutely fantastic. We had a cancelled flight. I highly recommend BUF Buffalo Airport taxi. It was so convenient and easy from start to finish! We were picked up at the BUF airport and dropped off at our hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada and then the reverse on our way back. Our driver, Lily, was the best! She kept us up to date on her way to pick us up and was friendly and helpful! The fare included border costs and when one international bridge had a long line, she took us to a quicker one. We had an excellent experience with our taxi trips to and from Niagara Falls ON and Buffalo Niagara airport! Our driver CHIMLAI was already waiting at the airport for us without any delay. Everything went quick through Canadian customs, all went perfect. Chimlai was also our driver on the return to the airport and was perfectly on time. Our drivers were very good. They were fast and efficient. Communication was excellent. The reason for the 2 star review is because of a company policy. On our return trip, the driver informed us that because the boarder was busy, we would be forced to pay an additional fee of 40 dollars or more. We were asked in order to avoid this, we must take all of our suitcases and walk across the boarder. It was very hot and a long walk across the rainbow Bridge. We were picked up and then transported to the airport. I was expecting a flat rate cost and did not receive one. In my opinion you should not advertise one flat rate then demand money if the boarder crossing is busy. The whole time we were there it was busy so. Our drive to the falls was very good, and the driver excellent.

Used to transfer from Buffalo Airport to Niagara Falls. They have been brilliant and have offered a superb service.

One of our flights was cancelled which led to our original booking date getting delayed and then having to change hotel but Mike communicated with us helpfully and clearly over what's app until we were finally ready for the pickup. Amir was our driver and he was fantastic, polite and knowledgeable about the customs process, things to do and places to eat.

The booking process itself was easy. The issue I had was that the amount charged at the end of the trip was NOT what the agent told me via chat, and the difference was significant. For full transparency, the amount to be charged should have been confirmed within the confirmation, which it was not.

My driver was phenomenal, and had great communication throughout the process, including before my arriving flight took off. He was personable, an excellent driver, and it was a pleasant experience.

This company is amazing. Rafik our driver was friendly and knowledgeable and we are going to only use this company and recommend it to all our friends. He was super good about communicating with us letting us know that he was coming and where to meet. I can’t say enough. So if you come to Niagara NY or Canada use this company. We tried another company and they wanted 215 “euro’s” even though this is Canada and nothing on their website said anything about an additional 150.00 for boarder crossing waiting fees. At the end they wanted nearly 500.00 for what most charge under 100.

We just took a 3.5 hour taxi trip with Mike. Everything was great from the very beginning of our booking experience. When I called to make the reservation, the dispatcher was extremely kind, courteous, and professional. They asked for my flight information and stayed on top of my flight status. The morning of my arrival, Mike contacted me by text to confirm that my flight was on time and also sent me a picture of the car that he would be picking me up in. Our flight was delayed, but Mike was at the airport right on time waiting for us. We ran into quite a bit of traffic going into Toronto from Buffalo due to the Taylor Swift concert in town, but Mike was a great companion for the entire car trip. He was very patient with my 4 year old daughter, played Taylor Swift music the entire ride, and even stopped to pick her up some donuts along the way. If I ever need a taxi ride between the states and Canada again, I will definitely be calling Mike and Buffalo Airport Taxi.

I used the Buffalo Airport Taxi for a recent trip to Niagara Falls Canada. I was extremely impressed with their service. They kept in constant contact with me as soon as my aircraft landed until my pickup. All the information about the driver, time, and vehicle was provided. The ride to my hotel through the border crossing was flawless. When my trip was over I was picked up at my hotel at a prearranged time. The ride back to the airport was also just as exceptional. Both drivers were very friendly and informative. I would use the Buffalo Taxi again and recommend their service to anyone. I wrote this review because I was so impressed with their services and I did so without any compensation. 5 stars well deserved. Thanks.

Booking process to WhatsApp messages from Mike the despatcher and the travel to/from Buffalo to Niagara falls were fantastic. Sent a big vehicle for family of four and even checked about the baggage details. The arrival point was very clearly communicated at Buffalo airport. Driver Hab was spot on and on time. Very clear communication and for the return journey there was an issue which was resolved instantly. Would definitely recommend them for travelling in and out of Niagara falls area to Canada side from Buffalo. Fair pricing and communication. Return driver Senu was a lovely lady. She was very good and reliable. We were running late and she ensured we reached the airport on time.

I needed taxi from the smaller Niagara International Airport to the Canada side of the falls and set up an appointment easily online. They texted me where to meet them and got me through the border and to my hotel easily. The driver, Hab, was friendly and the car was clean for my family. It was no fuss and a flat rate. Buffalo Airport Taxi (BAT) online chat, booking, communications, cell phone text was actually VERY VERY good…UNTIL the DAY OF PICK UP then it ALL felled apart! The absolute worst time to happen because of Border Custom, travel time and airport flight schedules. See pic of the BAT confirmation form given to us about 2 weeks before the pick up date of July 30. The manual input of the dates shows some input inconsistencies bu BAT). When ask to confirm this information, We had thought we corrected it with BAT especially with the NUMBER OF PASSENGERS. Though their online info request explained that their vehicle can hold up to 6 passengers, 2 separate Chats with the website confirmed that even though we had 7 passengers (NOT INCLUDING THE DRIVER) they would assuredly supply a vehicle large enough to accommodate us including luggage and for us NOT TO WORRY!
The Day of pick up, driver Abe texted us of his identity and car type. A nice touch.
He then was 40 minutes LATE (though concerning we didn’t really mind because we allowed plenty of time to get through the border); went to the WRONG HOTEL (the pic indicated the right hotel but he ended up at the Sheraton for some reason) and the WORST of it all, DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE to transfer all of us to BUF. He tried to convince us to “stuff” all of us in. We had a baby and a pre-teen in our family and that was absolutely NOT an option! I actually was surprised when he suggested it unless Canada’s seat belt laws are more relaxed to the USA relative to safety!? When he initially had no other options for us (other than order another vehicle- he did drive from Buffalo to Niagara ON, my assumption that another vehicle so ordered would have to come from that same location) we were increasingly hesitant to depend on BAT since this was our first time using this company, he started to blame our party for not letting him “be there for us”. We ended up taking 2 Uber cars and that solved our problems albeit being more expensive. Of the “6 Gold Standard of BAT,”, they failed on Professionalism and Customer Service. It is important to note that in the statement of “Customer Service” they do provide a scapegoat by noting that the drivers are individuals and their experience may vary. We had a very unpleasant experience. We had great confidence with the beginning part of our transaction with BAT and was generally comfortable with our arrangements. Thinking that this driver is not representative of BAT’s stable of drivers and we just had some bad luck. Sorry for this review as I don’t usually give negative reviews BUT I was compelled to do this one due to the seriousness of our predicament.

Such a pleasant & professional driver! Ranjit made sure that all documents were in order for crossing the Rainbow Bridge & minimizing our time at customs. He was timely, conscientious & focused on our needs as travelers new to the region. Ranjit reached out to insure that our return was equally as uneventful, as well. He was on time & focused on making sure we had enough time to make our flight. Can’t say enough about the communication service from Pickup and trip back to the Buffalo airport. Both dispatchers and drivers contacted you the day of pick up both locations, driver called to say he’s on his way, driver called saying he’s 10 minutes out, then the dispatcher would text you to make sure you were picked up and on your way to your destination. Transportation was adequate for the 45 minute ride. If you need more comfortable then. Upgrade to a different vehicle. So much cheaper and hasslefree than renting a car and trying to find parking spaces. Plus, parking is at a premium both space, wise and pricewise. This service is a no-brainer And should be taken advantage of by everyone.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. 5:45 pm we called your service , you said 30 mins you’ll be there. Then after that you said another 15, then 5 mins… you picked me up at 7:15 pm … then your driver told me to calm down on the phone then stopped by to fill up gas on the way

Ridiculous to no end. You messed up my plans on the Canadian boarder for my transport to get me home

My husband and I used the service of this Company in Buffalo the last week of September 20203 and couldn’t be happier and so thankful for a great service. Sal, one of the taxi driver was great taking us from Buffalo to Niagara Falls , Canada side, and from there back to Buffalo on the next day. The price is flat and was fair. The cab was clean and comfortable and Sal also speaks Spanish that was a bonus because I speak Spanish too.
We took this taxi service also from our hotel in Buffalo to the airport in Buffalo and our taxi driver, Rash? Was also great. This local company is reliable and we felt very well treated as we were in our home state.
